WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP COHORT, OCT 2026 - JUNE 2027

Center Yourself.

Your road to flourishing…

  • pathway one: SELF

True leadership development can't be rooted in anything but your self. As they say: wherever you go, there you are.

We’ll begin the cohort with an inventory and supporting tools to help identify how your intersections (skills, weaknesses, temperament, life stage, energy, health, and the biases of others toward you) impact how you show up and how you lead. This will help you name and move with the flow of your reality, not someone else’s.

This pathway develops leaders who don't just lead well, but live well.

  • pathway two: SKILL

You didn't get where you are without being good at what you do. And: there is always more to learn.

This cohort will feature guest contributors at the top of their game. You’ll receive professional development from some of the best, with safe space to get curious about what you don’t know you don’t know.

This pathway grows a real tool set for implementing real solutions in your real world.

  • pathway three: SOUL

Healthy things grow. So does disease. Aim well now or drift.

By the middle of the cohort experience you’ll have articulated your telos (the destination), your principles (the non-negotiables), and your ultimate reality (the purpose that's bigger than you)… because there are few things worse than driving hard toward the wrong destination.

This pathway will define your filter and frame for leading with integrity - especially when things are difficult.

WHO THIS IS FOR?

This is a professional development cohort for female leaders from across sectors and organizational hierarchy.

A cohort exclusive to executive-level leaders will launch early 2027, contact me for information.

You want a carefully curated development experience where you’re personally known and challenged - not a crowded zoom call. Cohort size is limited to between three and ten participants.

You're good at what you do and humble enough to recognize there's always more to learn. You may often be the only woman at the table.

You want professional development that is holistic and practical and 1:1 coaching with a highly individualized arc.

GROUP SESSIONS will feature practical instruction and assessment, expert guest presenters, skill building, gap naming, collaborative solution building, goal setting with structured accountability, and of course - lots of support.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS with Julia will deepen the impact of the group pathway, allow space for individualized attention, give space for vulnerability, and be oriented around your real work.

It’s difficult to spend on yourself, isn’t it? Maybe you’re wondering if this is worth it. I get it. But I also know that your development and formation isn’t only about you. It’s about how you impact others: culture, team, clients, family… as you all move toward goals and mission.

How do you show up when your ego is bruised? How do you lead when anxiety is high? What kind of human being you are becoming in uncertain times? These things matter and impact everything and everyone you touch. I’ve seen it done well… and we’ve all seen it done poorly.

So yes, absolutely. investing in your formation is worth it. You can learn how others have experienced working with me, reach out with questions, or register now.
