I bring a breadth of experience from executive-level organizational leadership to 1:1 development and personal formation. I have spent my life navigating the intersections leaders must balance, now in an increasingly complex, fast-paced, and uncertain world.
Strong and sustainable executive leadership capacities are built on a foundation of interior health and personal maturity. Coaching is goal-oriented and aimed at deepening existing strengths, skill building that begins with self-awareness, and linking your leadership practice to clearly articulated principles.

Speaking
From a few dozen to a few thousand, I enjoy leading retreats, plenary speaking, and preaching, and have a wide breadth of experience to speak from. My availability for this is limited. I have a huge ‘say yes’ bias to anything oriented toward avant guard mission that explores innovative and future oriented solutions, especially for the benefit of future gen, women who lead, and those acting in in frontier spaces not necessarily for profit alone.
How I Work
I start with a few deep breaths and space to get your heart rate down. I’ll assist you in slowing down, holding space, and paying close attention to the questions and considerations you are bringing. I’ll point out what I notice, ask you think deeply, and help you stay rooted in what’s real. If I’m working with a team, we do the same thing while building trust and healthy interconnectedness.
My worldview is formed by ancient Christian spirituality. My faith is mine, not yours, and I do not need others to find faith meaningful. I value mutual respect and holding the posture of a learner.
I bring presence, attention, curiosity, experience, a commitment to living in reality, and wisdom formed from decades of being a builder, not a breaker.
I am direct and honest, and value humility - yours and mine. I have a low tolerance for bullshit and the taking of one’s self too seriously.
